I will help you in eradicating malware and all forms of virus/trojans/adware. I can answer all PC-related hardware issues. I can also troubleshoot Windows OS errors (including Vista) and other software problems. HijackThis logs are a MUST for virus related help. If you do not know how to do this, I have posted easy-to-follow instructions on the Ask a Question page. Every computer infection is different, so I will give you personal instructions on how to remove the malware, not a 'pat' answer. You can be assured of a prompt, polite, and knowledgeable response in all regards.

I can give general or specific advise on protecting or cleaning up from viruses, trojans, keyloggers, malware, spyware, root kits, and how to stay as safe as is possible short of not using the internet. I can point you to free software and tools to protect you. In addition I could do it for you by connecting remotely and spending hours working on your machine to remove the problems. This would be a secure, encrypted remote connection that can not be done without your permission or knowledge. The most common problem people face is over time their computers get slower and slower, this is sometimes due to the above issues and sometimes just the way windows is. I can optimize your machine and show you how to do it yourself in the future.
