Noori I think you are trying to plant too early. The potato needs to rest (be dormant) for about 30 days after harvest. My suggestion is to after harvest cool the potatoes down to about 35 to 40 degrees

Oscar You should be able to mix 1/2 bag of Manure with 1 bag of the All Purpose Soil. Keep it moist and watch that no mold forms around the edge. If it does just stir the top to dry just the top inch
