PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING TO ME: I am NOT a vet and do NOT diagnose diseases. That is only for a licensed Veterinarian to do. I will give you suggestions and steer you toward calling your vet for help. You can call the vet's office and talk to the technician there or the vet at times. Don't be afraid to call them! If you have a serious issue with your pet please post it to one of the veterinarians in here- I will tell you the same thing in my answer. IF your pet is injured or in an emergency situation, CALL YOUR VET- Do not wait and post in here. Just call the vet's office and get them in to see the vet right away. Critical treatment time is lost if you seek answers here when you should have your precious pet at the vets!! Don't sit at home waiting for an answer when your pet is critically ill or injured!! I can answer most questions about small animal and wildlife care as well as small animal nutrition. I can also answer questions about all phases of dental care for small animals. I can give you the holistic approach to any problem in any species, though mostly I work with dogs and cats. Depending on the condition and the type of animal, I will be able to give very specific treatment suggestions such as what flower essences, homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, diet changes, lifestyle changes or herbs that may be helpful - not drugs. I can also suggest where you can go for further education or to find a specialist in a specific holistic field. I can help you understand why your animal is ill and what improvements can be expected. I do not check messages more than every one to two days, so PLEASE DO NOT ask about EMERGENCIES - call your local veterinarian. I cannot diagnose your animal. I cannot prescribe specific treatments. I am no longer very current with conventional treatments, so cannot answer questions on those. I am not an expert on birds or small critters. I will give you helpful connections about hose species. |
I would worry more about the garbage you are feeding them then the Fipronil (frontline). However, fripronil is a nerve toxin and maybe the one cat is more sensitive to it than the other one is. It is not
OK we have two different issues here. The one cat was already upset over the food. Then you introduced Frontline, which is a pretty toxic chemical. So with her already being on edge from vomiting you added
Candice, this will be a briefer answer than usual because I am not at my computer - no electricity for several days due to snow. I will try to send more later. There is no BEST supplement, nor best
Your vet told you this and didn't discuss dental care with you? Bummer. Well let me tell you this. You cannot remove the plaque from his teeth at home because you need to get under the gumline to get
His concern is that the dog's bladder was ruptured when he got hit. It is not uncommon for this to happen but if the vet catches it right away and stitches it up he should be fine. A ruptured bladder if
