| How Do I Choose An Expert? |
Step 1:
Find your category of interest.
You can use our Search feature
(it's located at the top of this page)
OR you can navigate to your category using our index.
(Click Here to start an index search).
Step 2: When you reach the list of Experts in that category - choose one,
then click on the Ask a Question link beside him/her to submit your question.

At times, there isn't any place to click to ask a volunteer a question.
If a volunteer is on vacation or has answered all the questions he can for the day, he'll be unable to answer further questions that day.
This usually happens in categories where there is very high demand. However, every expert that's reached their question limit today, should become available tomorrow.
