| I can answer questions about the terms and clauses contained in an oil and gas lease. I can answer questions about the oil and gas leasing process, and give suggestions on how to respond and what to expect when contacted by an oil company or their representative. I can answer questions about selling minerals or royalty interests, and the processes involved. Some people prefer to sell rather than lease due to the apparent tax breaks, though these may change after the election. I can also answer questions about forced-pooling, correlative rights, conveyance (deed) interpretation, and deductions from royalties. I am most experienced with Oklahoma properties and laws, but am able to answer questions concerning other oil and gas producing states in many cases. | Available
