I can't answer legal questions, other than copyright and publishing. Don't fret if you feel like it's a "dumb" question.  Can answer questions related to the following: Traditional marketing and promotions Alternative marketing and promotions- websites; twitter; Facebook; myspace; iTunes; social media; street teams & viral marketing Band management issues- do you really need management? How much is management worth? What type of management best fits your band & goals as artists? How to resolve conflicts among band and management.
