For the years prior to and during my pastoral education, I had the opportunity to work in numerous settings involving a variety full-time staff and observe their approach to their careers as well as their interactions with each other, and during my years in ministry, I have served on the Boards of a handfull of relgious non-profit organizations. I am particularly interested in questions regarding ethics in the Church-based workplace and the interaction of religious professionals with one another within their workplace as well as the surrounding community of religious professionals.
