I would say no, all definitions of Hat Trick I can find refer to three darts in the inner bull (I have done this just once in 30 years). The 25 segment is the 'outer bull' and I have lobbed three darts

Maybe you are concentrating too much on getting top scores. Try practising with other areas for a while, round the boards in singles,doubles and trebles is good. It takes your mind off the T20 and is great
here is the BDO rule 12.00 SCORING 12.01 A dart shall only score if the point remains in, or touches the face of the dartboard, within the outer double wire, and having been ‘called’, shall be retrieved
There are no rules against this dart. The fact is they offer no advantage whatsoever, the speed of an incoming dart is so fast as to negate any 'magnetic' pull from a previously thrown darts. These
