It is okay to feel down and out once every so often, as long as you know to reach out for the hands that will pull you back up. I can answer questions about self esteem improvement, relationship with others, depression, and sexuality. I will/cannot give medical advice without an actual examination of the person and his/her medical history, so for those issues, best to find a local specialist/doctor to be safe.

I do not follow traditional methods of therapy that treat the outer symptoms or give the illusion of a cure with a bandage approach in order to make one "feel good" by denying the real issues, the inner causes. I have eleven intensive years of personal experience in many "NEW AGE" areas that have lead me to discover new ways and methods of REAL emotional healing and in turn also healing our mental and physical bodies. I work with healing ALL emotions, the mental blocks holding them in place and the physical manifestations they represent. I use the knowledge and insights I have gained through either personal experience or my experience in working with others on their healing journey. I also use my intuition and other abilities to assist others to touch and begin to heal their real issues. If you have intent to HEAL your emotions and to take responsibility for your personal well being then I may be able to assist you. If you are looking for a quick fix, don`t ask me. Reed

I can answer questions about life crises and relationship difficulties including loss, loneliness, depression, anxiety, fears, confusion, love, sex, marriage, pregnancy, post- natal depression, divorce, child/ parent issues, developmental difficulties, bulling, growing up, and growing older. In my work I adopt an empathetic and not judgemental approach and believe that our symptoms such as anxiety, fear, distress and sadness are due not only to our upbringing but also to the social context within which we are born, grow and live our lives. Our difficulties, whether due to inner and/or outer causes can become powerful vehicles of life changes if we are allowed to freely express our thoughts, ideas, feelings emotions and desires without fear of retribution, denial, guilt or shame and act upon our findings. I can’t give legal or medical advice. If you are a mother with a baby you could also have a look at my blog at www.contact-counselling.com

Hello. I have volunteered here to help you with questions regarding Depression. Though I am able to answer questions related to other psychological disorders such as anxiety, substance abuse, Schizophrenia, etc. I intend to focus on the questions which are about how to deal with depression. Even if the depression is part of some other disorder, you can ask me about that. You can also ask me questions related to Psychotherapy for depression. I apply the principles of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in my own life, and also help my clients/patients with those. I believe in providing my clients/patients with the best possible and evidence based advice. The same applies to the online answers here, too.
