Runny nose, itching, etc are not features of gluten intolerance (about which much rubbish is written). The most important form is "Gluten-sensitive enteropathy' (Coeliac disease).Firstly, no blood test

Itching localised to the scalp is almost certainly not related to food allergy. The most common cause of that is superficial skin fungus infection which is easily treated with anti-fungal skin preparations
Firstly, I have never heard of lyko plano, nor can I find any reference to it in any medical text. Secondly, I am extremely doubtful that a localised penile lesion could be related to diet, or allergy
