is the water circulating through the engine, the way you can find out is remove one of the heater hose start the engine and see if the water comes out at a steady flow.if not the water pump is your problem

First did you ck fuel pressure?Then if you can you need to ck on the cam gear to see if the lobe is worn down.which will cause the plunger not to move when cranking over. try to looking into the hole to
