Thank You. Yes they do. An employer offers group health insurance as a BENEFIT to the EMPLOYEES of the company. To cover the spouses is an additional plus, but not a must. They don't have to offer Insurance

Okay your going to have to fight this. Try to find out who the broker was on that policy. ( who sold it to your Co.) Try to call Aetna in your area and find out who the account manager or broker of record
