I cannot think of any easy solution. If it is legal, you can try a "control burn". You can truck it away to a suitable location and start a compost pile. You can plough or disk it into the ground
Why do you lime as a routine practice? Is there a pH problem? Do you monitor the pH on a regular basis to ascertain that you are achieving your objective? I would apply a "Turf Builder" type of fertilizer
The full disclosure is that I do not know. Lawn clippings and other yard waste is composted by heaping the material to keep out air, adding nitrogen to feed the bacteria which will compost the material
