I can't give you a definite answer on this as it depends on your needs, expectations, equipment you are using, plus there are a lot to choose from... but Finale is one of the best (though not free). Here
Hi Peter, You're not alone in wanting to keep and use a lot of outboard gear in addition to having a digital recording back-end... Analog effects are, in most cases, better than their digital counterparts

The technology to at least accurately convert music from analog to digital format does not currently exist. I did a quick search online and found this site - http://www.widisoft.com/ - you might consider
