Nicholas - If I understand correctly you have changed your service provider for your email from ATT to Optimum. Email does go to the service provider first and email is available online through webmail
Going on the asumption that you don't actually have 2 appointments or the pst in your profile twice, then its probably a corrupt reminder folder. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. Type

Paul, I am not really clear on what you want to do. Do you want to separate incoming emails or contacts? Do you have more than one email address and you want to have them come into separate folders?
