Your pain description includes your right arm. The right arm should not be influenced by the right sub skull area. So, that is of interest. Just a thought, have you ever considered trigger point injections?
It sounds to me like you have a spasm in the muscle layer that is deeper than the pec muscles. You likely are having pain from a strip of muscle that is between the rib above and it's neighbor the rib
Geez I really don't know! If all films are negative then it's hard to say. If I had to guess...you may have a weak scapula and overactive trap that's irritating your ac joint. I would recommend strengthening
Several thoughts come to mind. First I'd want to know if you've had actual nerve damage because you are talking about weakness. Or you could be talking about the lack of control and the repeated turning
