Hi Tom. This is not unexpected.If you're willing to jump into the machine I'll try and lead you through the process. First,of course is to unplug the machine.Then open it and look in from the right side
Mario: Yes the Sharp AL and Xerox XD are basically the same. I have been unable to find any reference to 'F' codes in my XD100 manual.I do have a professional aquaintance that specializes in Sharp repair
