Hi Barbra The only thing I could suggest is spray the area with WD-40 penetrating oil and let it sit for a day or a few hours. This will give it time to loosen it up then oil the bar with regular sewing

Dear Karen, I believe you would be called "short waisted". Have you tried junior sizes in clothing? They generally have a larger waist and are shorter in the body. Also look for pants styles that fit
Hi Kathy Just below the stitch length dial you will see 2 push buttons, 1 will be for raising the feed dogs and 1 for lowering to darn or sew on buttons on shirts etc... This should fix your problem
