Hi Deirell, If you do not have a gym membership-you can do bodyweight exercises: push ups pull ups squats stationary lunges walking lunges If you have dumbbells,you can do the following exercises:
No worries...not like I haven't heard it before. For strength I would suggest the following: 4 sets 8 reps Dumbbell bench Single leg squat Single leg straight leg deadlift Seated Rows Pull ups

Hi Alan... Pictures would help me. What is becoming asymmetrical? Is it muscular, bones, etc? Most asymmetries come from unbalance training. We can take a look at what you are doing in your training
You just need to take in more calories than you expend. If you are not doing strength training you will only gain body fat. If you are not getting enough calories from your daily meals then you should
