If you look at the hubs, there are fasteners on the outside "cover" that contains the portion you turn to lock and unlock. Take them off and remove the cover. you will see that there are additional fasteners
Yes it does have rear wheel bearings, and they're a little difficult to replace. It's necessary to pull the rear drums, disconnect the rear brake hydraulic lines, and the parking brake linkage to permit
