Joey, Do some weight training but not too much. You do not want to add a lot of muscle mass that is more weight that you have to carry when you run. Do one arm/leg at a time. Do leg lifts and leg curls

Akeem, No one runs as fast indoors as they do outdoors. The shorter the track, the slower you will run. Running the turns is what slows you down. Practice running nothing but around the turns. Run one
