David, there are so many variables - the computer was serviced and updated this effects all areas of a computer. Word Perfect and Microsoft do not always work well together. If you change the zoom
David, - the most important issue here is how it prints out. If the resulting document is correct than the change in appearance is in the monitor resolution, the default font, the zoom level you are viewing
Joe - WP 5.1 is as close to DOS based (text) as you can get without using Notepad. You might try Open office - it is very clean as easy to use. http://www.openoffice.org/ No the Macros will not

It sounds like internal file corruption. Rebuild your document from the ground up including making a new label sheet if you are not using a supplied template. If that doesn't work, you may have to uninstall
