I'm sorry to hear about your restrictions, but if your doctor put new restrictions on you then you are entitled to a impairment rating for your loss of ability. Now as for receiving work comp benefit's
Eleven percent Permanent Disability (11 %) at 2006 - 2008 rates is $7877.50 at paid at $230/week for 34.25 weeks UNLESS you were put back to work for that same employer at the exact same job as before
