first im sorry for your ailment. Now okay as for your work comp settlement offer I would seek an attorney. Of course you have possible worsening of the injury but as you say you dont have alot of time
I would fight this, you did not say if this was in Ut, but in any state they will lose the claim and have to pay for the surgery. I would also seek an attorney as fast as possible. They will know if your
