I`ve hiked the back country of Yosemite, out of Twin Lakes (a marvelous ten day hike); I`ve twice topped Mt. Whitney. I`ve covered most of the Big Sur/Ventana Wilderness.

what I know most about Yosemite is the types of accomodations on the valley floor (I`ve stayed in all of them from the campgrounds to the deluxe Ahwahnee) and the major hiking trails: Vernal Falls, Nevada Falls, Half Dome, Upper Yosemite Falls, and Glacier Point 4 mile trail. If you think this is enough I`d be glad to help.

I have been going to Yosemite National Park since I was 10 years old (back in 1970), and consider one of my favorite places in the world. I have camped there, stayed in cabins, Housekeeping, and the tent cabins in Curry Village. I have gone on various hikes, and visited different sites.
