If your motherboard has short to ground, that will be a phenomena: 1.you starts the motherboard. 2.the CPU fan is running and the pc turn off at once. 3.you press power button and no electricity
that means your pc stopped somewhere. to get a motherboard debug card which can be plugged into PCI slot and show where your pc stopped. as usual, if there is none show in your screen, the pc stopped
