Expertise

**I am on a temporary break from answering AllExperts questions. Thank you for your lovely feedback and see you when I get back*** I can answer questions on Photoshop basics, technical and creative questions, photo retouching and manipulation, automated actions, and creating custom tools like brushes and patterns. If I don't know it, I'll search for it.

Experience in the area

I am a freelance graphic designer with over 7 years of experience. Self-taught Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite user.

Education/Credentials

I have a B.A. in Sociology and Global Citizenship. I've taken various courses in design process and software, fine arts, and design technology.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Oh, anything I don't know yet! I absolutely love design and wish I had free time every day to sit down and learn something new. My good friend and I do monthly "design challenges" to keep our skills and imagination fresh!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

You can select and deselect numerous layers at once by holding down your mouse and moving up or down the checked boxes on the left of your layers.
