Robin, you would use the Master Slide, type the text in here. I am not seeing what version of PowerPoint you are using so go to PowerPoint help for Master Slide. I would go to the Microsoft Training

Linda, sorry I have not seen this problem before. There is some information on the Microsoft site that might be helpful. It may be that your file has become linked insted of embedded or vice versa.
Robert, I am assuming you men you need to include your son's voice within the PowerPoint presentation. If this is the case you need to record your son's voice. Most new computers come microphone enabled
Stu, PowerPoint gives you the option to rehearse the timings of your presentation. At this time you can insert a symbol or word into your notes that will remind you to advance to the next slide. http://office
