Expertise

I can support any version of Internet Explorer, Firefox and some AOL problems. May be able to help with Opera. Support can range from how to correct problems, to configuration, security and even possible registry editing. Installing/reinstalling would be included in this. Have worked with Dos,Windows 3.1, 95/98, 2000, XP, Vista, Mac to a lesser degree and very limited Linux experience. I can also help you with spyware/adware/malware/hijacked browsers/trojans/viruses - web browser performance problems or generally slow computer problems.

Experience in the area

Over 10 Years working full time in Computer/Network/Application support. 4 Years working for the cable company providing support for High Speed Internet/Video and Digital Telephone. 5 years managing remote windows networks. A very high percentage of the calls I have received have been regarding Web Browsers, internet connectivity, maliciously hijacked browser or spyware/virus problems.

Received recognition from U.S Navy for my work on designing/installing and managing a Novell network on the Aircraft Carrier I was assigned to. Received many performance awards from previous employers most recently known as Wows! Recognized for my role in designing, testing, implementing and training co workers on new software at work. Recognized by Senior Management and given $500 Bonus in appreciation.
