Support can range from how to correct problems, to configuration, security and even possible registry editing. Installing/reinstalling would be included in this. Have worked with Dos,Windows 3.1, 95/98, 2000, XP, Vista, Mac to a lesser degree and very limited Linux experience. I can also help you with spyware/adware/malware/hijacked browsers/trojans/viruses - web browser performance problems or generally slow computer problems.
