Expertise:  I am a Certified Internet Web master and designer with twenty-one years experience in developing and administering both personal and corporate web sites. I have an extensive working knowledge of HTML, DHTML and JavaScript. While I specialize in DHTML and JavaScript functions, my main topic is assisting persons and businesses with the overall development and outlay of their web sites. I also have 20 years of experience in Law Enforcement and Corrections. I have an extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating systems, as well as Outlook, Microsoft Exchange server 5.5 and Outlook Web Access. I am also certified in Video Teleconferencing and network systems.
I hold several certifications from Microsoft and Cisco, as well as individual course studies in web site development and advanced database development. After completing college, I went directly into Law Enforcement. I retired from the position of Network Administrator for the local Sheriff's Office in 2004 and currently own and operate Uncle Jim's Web Designs where I have developed and currently maintain numerous personal and corporate web sites.
