Carol You have two options, one is to save the file in a format that can be read by the other pc, it is most likely that they have Word so you may need to save it as a word file (through file Save As

Theresa You can do this by going into the cell and then right clicking and select Border Fill, a dialog box will appear that will allow you to turn of different cell borders. I would give specifics
Gloria There are some updates that should fix this problem for you especially if you have a HP printer(win XP) they may also work for the Windows 7 computer but WP 10 is not certified to run on Windows
