I have used word up to advanced, including Macros, very limited VBA. Basic to advanced questions are welcome. Currently using Word 2007 and 2010 but will try to recollect for earlier editions.

stephen What version of word are you using? Richard
Hannah Place a Section break on the last page then using the Footer place the information in that section only (it will be Section 2 if you only have done this once, if more then use the last section
Bill Is it a Squiggle under the word, if so that is spell check and it indicates the word is incorrectly spelled (unless it is a name or address or other word that the spellcheck doesn't recognize)
Okay In the meantime check that the anchors of the graphics are anchored to the page and not a paragraph or floating, that should help the graphics problem. Also I would check for any updates to
