I have used word up to advanced, including Macros, very limited VBA. Basic to advanced questions are welcome. Currently using Word 2003 and Word Xp but will try to recollect for earlier editions.

Nadine You can do this using a REF field in the Header. If you set a name in form field, you can then use the REF field in a header to reference the value of the form field. With the insertion point
