Gareth: What you need is the SUMPRODUCT function. The following formula is not exactly what you need, but I believe it will be close (adjust as needed for your actual data): Lets assume 11/01/2009

Steve: The formula you have chosen is one of the best choices to use. You've done the hard work already - now it is just a matter of copying the formula to all of the existing cells. I'm not 100%
