hI FRAN, TO CHECK What version and service pack of windows are you using YOU CAN RUN MSCONFIG FROM THE run menu.(start > run and type in msconfig. You can then launch the "about windows" in the tools
Hi Tin, I looks like another application may be using the com port in NT. Check if you can disable other applications that may be using it. Also try adjusting the IRQ and base IO in bios for alternate
Hi Neville, Yes the PCS7 version 5.1 is not compatible with Windows 2000. You will need to upgrade the PCS7 System. Also when upgrading to a Windows 2000 compatible version of PCS7 you will need to
