I am an experienced professional computer/applications user who has to deal with system and application problems amongst a diverse user base daily. I will try not to bore you with detail (unless asked).

Hi Ron What type of drive are you using for back up? If it is firewire and usb capable then I'll guess at a 7200 rpm LaCie drive or similar. It's a difficult problem to solve from a distance as there
