Under the Apple Menu there's a thing called "Control Panels". In there, there's a control panel called Start Up Disk. You'll be able to chose the startup disk there. Additionally, if your restart the machine
I've got a way that might work but I've never tried it so apologies if it doesn't - if it doesn't you'll need the CD Reboot your mac and hold down 'S'. This will boot the machine in to Single User mode
