Moving to Las Vegas, Casinos, Restaurants, and non gambling attractions, including Hoover Dam, and Death Valley.
We love living in Nevada. People are friendly, and there is a lot to do to keep us entertained, from the beautiful out of doors, to the fantastic Hotel/Casinos... We also travel north/south through Nevada, and I have some information about Ely, Reno, Winemucca, Jackpot, and Laughlin.
That away from the STRIP, and DOWNTOWN, Las Vegas is really a pretty "early to bed" town. It gets so warm in the summer, that people who work out of doors work early hours, so are off early....we go to the grocery store at 5 a.m. to beat the heat! It is pretty quiet in Las Vegas neighborhoods after nine p.m.

Hi Audra. I do not know how difficult it is to find a good waitress/bartender job in Las Vegas. I DO know that there are a zillion restaurants and video poker bars, plus regular clubs, casinos, and
Hi Pam, You were told right, sort of.......... :) The legal gambling and drinking age in Nevada is 21. Your daughter CAN go to shows with you, except those which feature topless or nude performers
