Expertise: I can answer most questions related to commercial real estate leasing and buying/selling. My experience relates primarily to office, retail, multi-family residential investment properties. I may be able to answer some questions on industrial proeprties as well, specifically warehousing,lught industrial uses and multi-tenant industrial malls. I am also familiar with land development for commercial and residential uses, but have little experience in development of industrial property.
