Expertise

Helping small companies ensure their website has the right approach for greatest success in appealing to visitors, customers. Promotion effectively via the internet (but can answer only 1 or 2 specific questions at a time, here!). We know what works and what does not. We need a description of the website and the business it is serving (or intends to). I will try to proffer advice that bridges the gap between the "tech" or "IT" people and those with less of a technical approach. If you have the idea and are business-savvy - but the "newspeak" of high technology gets you down, you`ve come to the right place!

What do you like about this subject?

The Internet: It's a great arena for everyone, operations of all sizes, to put flair and business ideas to work - the satisfaction of helping people understand appropriate ways of making it all work is enormous. It also provides healthy business revenue. Usability and customer-friendliness of websites is a main interest.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

More, More, More. How to do it better, how to improve communications and how to help others fully understand the processes of getting their message across - successfully!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

You never know what interests others - unless you let them tell you! You CAN do that on your website; you'll benefit from it too.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

There is no ONE way that's the right way - but there are several that have REASONS to work and some that push everyone away (from your website). I know some of each.
