Katrina, I would look at bridal services/consultants that are not competing with you but complement what you do, and seek some sort of alliance or referral. Find out from them what they don't or can't

I'd have to know more about your country's/city's buying habits in order to suggest any specifics. some things that work wonderfully here in the U.S. don't necessarily correspond equally around the globe
