Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Good leadership & management is not common sense. What comes naturally is often the wrong thing to do.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Sign up for my free newsletter, "Two Sides of the Same Coin" at http://www.p-advantage.com/Newsletter.php. Each month I look at a different workplace issue from the perspective of both managers and workers. If you are having any problems with people at work, you'll want to read this newsletter.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I'm on a personal mission to help managers be better at what they do and to help workers become more employable.
What do you like about this subject?  The primary reason why I joined AllExperts was so that I could make a difference in the lives of others. We spend at least a third of our lives at work. We should and can enjoy that time while making life better for everyone.
