What do you like about this subject?  Fixing organizational interpersonal and management problems is what I do for a living. What's not to love?
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I'd like to speak around the country on these topics; write a syndicated column (i.e., Dear Dr. Mac) in newspapers throughout the U.S. and take my leadership program, Leading From Within (www.leadingfromwithin.net), to a national level.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  I have a weekly radio program called, Ask Dr. Mac: Helpful advice on workplace issues. Go to http://www.tropicalwaveradio.net, then to "Shows" and then to Body Wonders and scroll down until you see "Ask Dr. Mac." Show is 7pm est on Wednesdays.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Management coaches can be a big help.
