I love Buffy for its depiction of a physically strong and capable young girl, who can kick demon butt,but still has difficulty dealing with 'normal teenage girl' issues at school,with her parents,and with boys,which many of us could relate to. The use of demons as metaphors for high school life and relationship troubles was particularly inspired. | | What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? To meet Buffy herself, Sarah Michelle Gellar and the creator, Joss Whedon, and drool in their presence! | | Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: Katie Holmes was apparently offered the role of Buffy Summers, but turned it down. |
