I watched the pilot episode of the Pretender with great interest and have followed the show with enthusiasm ever since. I have also been writing fan fiction stories for a couple of years and have regular contact with many other people who also love the show. People that I chat with range from regular fans to people with fantastic websites and also people who are `in the know` about the show itself. My areas of greater knowledge are the actual show and the events occurring in it, rather than circumstances surrounding `behind the scenes` information.However I am able to get a lot of international information which people may find useful. Experience in the area

I speak fluent German after spending ten months at a university in Berlin. I have completed my Masters in German, having already gained a Bachelor of Arts (European Studies). This involes learning at a high level of German and also studying various periods of European history. Outside of University, I enjoy reading and writing fictional stories.

What do you like about this subject?

What do I love about this topic? To be honest, just about everything! This is a great show and one of the best that has been on television in recent years.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Along with many other Pretender fans, there are still a lot of questions to be answered and, although I create my own answers, I can't wait to find out the 'truth'. It's hoped that, even if no further movies are made, the creators will write their own ending and put it up on their website. http://www.imagiquestentertainment.com/

Did you know none of the other cast members will willingly answer questions about Michael T. Weiss (who plays Jarod) because they feel they don't know him well enough?

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

One of the greatest arguments is whether Jarod and Miss Parker would end up together - personally I hope not! Still, the movie Island of the Haunted (out in December in the US) brought them pretty close!
