Star Wars & Phantom Menace/Expert Profile

Ask A Question

Expertise

I am an expert on everything Star Wars, having thorough knowledge of nearly all aspects of the Star Wars phenomenon and having read the Star Wars encyclopedia and other reference materials cover to cover several times each. I am particularly adept at answering "in universe" questions related to plots, places, and people though I can also answer the vast majority of "making of" questions as well. I am very dedicated to Star Wars and I guarantee an answer to every question I recieve. If I don`t personnaly know the answer I will either find the answer for you or tell you where you can find it. I am also a "comprehensivist" in the sense that I accept all published stories and articles coming from an official source as being a part of the Star Wars mythos, and am adept at reconciling conflicting accounts, facts, and stories. You name it, I'll explain how it all fits together.

Experience in the area

I am a star Wars fanatic myself and I can tell you almost anything you want to know. I've read the Star Wars Encyclopedia cover to cover several times, and have an extensive knowleadge of all things Star Wars. If I don't know off hand, I'll do everything in my power to find out for you.

What do you like about this subject?

There's so much to like, I can't pick just one aspect. I love the complexity of the plots and the level of developement behind each character and object. I love to answer questions about plot and politics. My favorite characters are the Imperial Royal Gaurds and my favorite discussion topics are lightsabers and force ghosts.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to gain a more thorough knoweldge of Star Wars comic books. At the moment, this is a field I have not fully explored personally, and I feel research in this area would be most exciting.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

For those of you following the Expanded Universe as it continues to grow, the new Legacy of The Force series continues to intrigue with its complex examinations of the nature of right and wrong in a post-Yuuzhan-Vong-war galaxy.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Some feel Anakin was a product of the Sith. Some postulate otherwise. Theories abound. I hold to the belief that Anakin simply has no father. Feel free to ask me why!
