I have traveled extensively throughout Ecuador many times. Experienced the train and bus from Quito to Cuenca via Riobamba. Traveled to Banos by taxi from Riobamba. Seen the tourist areas all around Quito Fortunately, I have been to the Galapagos 3 times, on two different ships. Have traveled from Ecuador to Peru by land twice.

Hi! Yes, they can take a bus to Banos and there is a train from outside of Cuenca that a person can take on which you ride on top. It takes you to Riobabma and then you can taxi to bus to Banos. There
