What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to make the treatment of addiction into a self-help program for anybody to help themselves, by teaching the influence of nutrition on "mental" health.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Addiction is not caused by cravings in the mind, but as a result of an imbalance of neurotransmitters in the body derived from food.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Most "mental" health problems are NOT IN THE MIND, but in a unhealthy body.
