What do you like about this subject?

Philosophy is the foundation for knowledge and compassion in both academia and life.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I would like to find a job teaching at a college, but other than that I enjoy writing.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Nietzsche speaks of philosophizing with a hammer "as with a tuning fork".

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Nonetheless, Nietzsche said "hammer" rather than tuning fork ;)
