The pitcher was a prop that was found in the prop store and so is likely to be pretty old - even more than the 18 years since the show started. It is therefore pretty unlikely that it is still being made
I believe the prop you're referring to is a salesman's screw display containing punches and dies in addition to screws, all arranged in an artistic pattern. This would fit in with Tim having been a salesman
