I will do my best to answer your questions on living for Christ today. I will draw on the Bible, tradition, reason, and experience. I am most knowledgeable about the United Methodist Church, but I am passingly familiar with most others, as well. If I don`t know the answer, I can and will point you in the right direction.
Experience in the area: I have been a UMC pastor since 1988, and have dealt with almost every question along the line. Education/Credentials: M. Div, CTS, 1991
Everyone can be a personal friend of God. Christianity is not a religion as much as it is a relationship.
Living the life of faith is a never-ending process of becoming more and more like Christ.
Grace is truly free, but it is not cheap.
One may wonder if it is possible to be a good Christian and still be a good American. I believe it is, as long as we keep our priorities straight.
