You are here:
I can answer questions about Heaven and Hell, becoming a true believer (born again) and how to know if you are truly saved. As a Christian, it is my duty to help spread the Gospel. I can take a look at Bible verses if you like. It is in my best interest to eliminate any and all confusion about the Bible, so please do not hesitate to ask me whatever you like.
Born-again Christian; have studied the Bible for approximately five years.
The Holy Spirit is the teacher.
What's not to like? We're talking about the God of the universe! Jesus Christ, King of you and me! King over life and death! King of the Jews! Get on your knees, friend, and give genuine worship to your eternal God, the Lord Jesus Christ!
I implore all who read these words to heed the message Jesus gives in John 3:3. Judgement Day is coming. All those whom God has not saved will stand for judgement. Man cannot save himself. Salvation comes through the Bible (Romans 10:17).
Adam and Eve were not symbolic characters. They actually existed, as human beings, just like you and me. In fact, in the beginning, they weren't flawed like us. They were created as sinless beings by our Almighty God. Unfortunately, Adam and Eve took the fruit, and sin came into the world. That's why the world is fallen (ridden with sin), and why we all need Jesus as Savior.
It is unfortunate that people today believe they can do something to contribute to their salvation. This is utterly false. Only God can save. Therefore, reading the Bible daily, praying habitually, donating money to the poor, and 'trying' to live a good life will not get you into Heaven. We're all sinners. Only God can save, and if you are one of the elect, consider yourself blessed.
Hello, John. Well, you assume that God's command, for example, to slay the Canaanites was evil, but in fact it was not. God is the perfectly righteous Judge of the earth. As such, it is not unexpected
Hello, Nihal. I Corinthians 15:19: If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. This verse is referring to the fact that, if Christ is not raised from the dead
Hello, Ryan. You are welcome. Of course, I cannot read your heart, so I will not say absolutely whether you have committed this sin. However, because you are still interested in Christ as Savior
Hello, Ryan. I'll start with the definition of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, and then I'll intersperse my response throughout your comments. The unpardonable sin is described in Mark 3:28-30
Hello, Nihal. I've heard of this, but frankly I don't know if it's true or not. Actually, though, I don't think it would matter. The Bible describes the last day in Revelation 19:11-21. In verse
